This page describes how this website handles information about visitors. It is written to be accurate rather than reassuring, and it will be updated if the site changes.
What the site does not do
The site does not use advertising, behavioural tracking or analytics scripts of its own, and its theme loads no scripts, fonts or images from third parties. It sets no cookies of its own for tracking. It offers no visitor accounts and no forms that collect personal information.
What happens when you visit
Like any website, the servers that deliver this one record standard technical request information, typically including the IP address, the time, the page requested, the browser’s user-agent string and the response status. These logs are used to operate and secure the site. The site is served through ordinary hosting infrastructure, and a content delivery or security proxy service in front of it may also process requests as part of delivering the pages. Those services have their own handling of request data, which this site does not control.
The requirements planner
The planner runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript delivered with the page. Your answers are not sent to this site or anywhere else, are not written to cookies or browser storage, and disappear when you close or reload the page. The plain-text summary exists only on your screen until you copy or print it yourself. If you use the copy button, the text is placed on your clipboard by your browser.
If you contact the site
If a direct contact address is published on the contact page and you email it, the site will receive your email address and whatever you write. That information is used to read and respond to your message and to make corrections to the site. Please do not send passwords, tokens, client data or other sensitive material; the contact page explains what to leave out.
Links to other sites
Where articles refer to standards or documentation, you reach other sites only if you choose to follow a link or look them up. Their privacy practices are their own.
