MSP Server Hosting is an independent reference, not a hosting company. This page explains what contacting it can and cannot achieve, so that you do not spend time on a request it cannot fulfil.
What the site can help with
- Questions about the articles, such as an unclear explanation, an example you think is wrong, or a topic that is missing.
- Corrections to technical statements, ideally with a pointer to the documentation that shows the correct behaviour.
- Feedback on the requirements planner and worksheet: rules that seem wrong, questions that are missing, wording that is unclear.
- A conversation about hosting requirements in general terms. The site can discuss how to think about isolation, recovery objectives, capacity and supplier questions. It cannot design your platform for you.
What the site cannot do
- It does not sell, resell or broker hosting, and it cannot provide quotations, prices, service levels or capacity.
- It cannot recommend a particular supplier or product, or confirm whether a supplier’s claims are true.
- It cannot diagnose or fix an incident on your systems, and it has no access to them.
- It cannot give legal, regulatory or compliance advice.
What to include
A short description of the kind of estate you run (roughly how many client tenants and what kinds of workload), the decision you are trying to make, and which article or tool part your question concerns. General descriptions are enough; precise details are not needed to have a useful conversation.
What never to send
Do not send passwords, multi-factor codes, API tokens, private keys, recovery codes or session cookies, whatever the reason. Do not send client data, personal data, network diagrams with real addresses, configuration files with secrets in them, or anything that would be harmful if it reached the wrong person. If a message needs that kind of detail to make sense, describe the situation instead and redact the specifics.
Direct contact channel
The status of the direct contact channel is shown below. There is no form on this page: a form would collect your message only if something were wired up to receive it, and this page does not pretend otherwise.
The direct contact channel is not open yet. There is no form on this page because nothing would receive it. When an address is published, it will appear on this page and nowhere else should be treated as an official channel for this site.
